Why You’ll Want to Download Wall World This Year?

2023 has been a big year for gaming when you consider major releases like Hogwarts Legacy. However, we’ve seen a load of great indie games coming out in the past few months as well.

One such game is Wall World, and at the low price it’s offered, there’s absolutely no reason you should be missing out on this fun little mining game.

Here’s why you should definitely consider downloading Wall World in 2023.

What is Wall World?

First of all, let’s take a closer look at what this game actually is. Wall World launched in April 2023 and basically involves driving your character up what seems like an endless wall.

However, there’s more to it than that. During your climb, you’ll be fending off endless attacks, and periodically mining your way into the wall and collecting upgrades that will make you faster and more powerful to defend yourself against your enemies. Inside the wall, you’ll find different scenes, NPCs and blueprints for new items. Plus, if you get stuck, you can use the Wall World guide to figure things out and get back on track.

Engaging Concept

This sci-fi 2D rouguelite game developed by Alawar Premium is set in a post-apocalyptic world where humanity is forced to live on a Wall which seems to have no end in sight.

You travel across the Wall in robotic spider vessels that allow you to grip onto the wall as you move. Your character, Ben, is on a quest to gather more resources after the nearby mines become completely depleted, and you hope to reach the top of the Wall, if it even exists. As the game progresses, you learn more by finding hidden alcoves and engaging with NPCs.

The concept and storyline are fun and engaging and a great reason to get started with the game.

Ever-Changing Options

As you keep moving up and along the Wall, stopping to mine from time to time, the scenes and settings will continuously change. Progressing on the Wall changes both the exterior and the interior of your environment, and you’ll find new characters, new items, new blueprints, and new information at each stop you make.

Your enemies will also become stronger and more challenging to fend off. This makes the game fun and interesting enough that you could even stream it on YouTube if you have a gaming channel.

Addictive Gameplay Loop

The loop of climbing, mining, upgrading, and fighting, only to repeat it all again is an exciting one because each time you get back on the Wall, you have new items, increased speed, and more power to defend yourself.

This kind of progress makes the game super addictive, and you’ll find yourself unable to pull away from the game, pushing on a little longer to get through just one more mining stop.

Even as a small indie game, Wall World could be well on its way to becoming one of the most popular mining games out there.
